• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• The mobile number provided during a transaction must be registered in your own name.
• Deposits from or withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• For suspicious transactions, za999 may request additional documents for verification.

4.2 General Bonus Policy

• za999 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.

• Attempting to claim bonus benefits through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.
